Description
Machine is suitable for filling semi-liquid products without or with small particles: such as honey, fruit jam, butter, olive oil, tomato sauce, peanut butter, chocolate cream, shampoo, body wash, liquid detergent, dishwashing liquid etc.
Equipped with SUS316L long sepcial designed no-drip filling nozzles which can protect the cylinder on the top being damaged by material.As following pictures:

With sensor in each SUS316L rotary value and filling nozzle, if there is any problem in any nozzle, it shows in touch screen, its easy to be found.
Japan Fuji Serve motor control, easy to adjust the volume, just need input the volume needed in touch screen.
Our filling machine has automatic rincing function.
